Mike Smalley

Michael and his two business partners manage 9 regional branches for Waterstone Mortgage across the state of Florida with offices in Winter Park, Port Orange, Palm Coast, Panama City, Ft. Walton Beach, Niceville, Ocala, Ft. Myers, and Jupiter. He is an active Loan Originator and has earned President’s Club status each year since joining Waterstone Mortgage with the help of past client and Realtors referrals. He is an accomplished public speaker and holds monthly training workshops for Realtors across Florida.

Michael and his wife, Jacqueline, reside in Winter Park, FL with their children Gavin, Dillon, and Paige. Both Michael and Jacqueline are graduates of Florida State University, where Michael was a pitcher on the Varsity Baseball Team. In his free time, Michael enjoys coaching his sons Gavin and Dillon in baseball, as well as encouraging his daughter Paige to compete in diving competitions.

Michael was also the first mortgage originator in Florida to receive both the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist® and Certified Mortgage Advisor™ designations.
